Enjoyed working with friend's daughter to get some images for graduation announcements. Tried an array of shots since I don't get many chances for portraiture work. Welcome C&C as I want to get better at this.

They are both OOF and the retouching needs work. Also, she has two different skin tones in each shot.

on the second one, I am all for not using a hair light but there is zero separation form the background as her shirt is also black.

just some initial thoughts. thanks for sharing.

I also like number one. Id do a smidge of skin work, get rid of the flamingo and perhaps clone some hair over her breast, or whatever that is sticking through there.
