I was debating between this and the sigma 17-50 bu in my mind I know I would be wondering what would the canon have been like. Plus I paid more for new over used but I need the piece of mind of a warranty just in case something happened.. I see tons for sale on this forum I guess a lot of people moving to full frame. But I hope this lens doesn't disappoint.Should be here by tomorrow can't wait Good for you! After I returned my Tamron 17-50 about six months ago, I've been slowly trying to talk myself into the Canon 17-55. It was either that or the 15-85. I rented a 15-85 about two months ago. It is a fine lens that provides great colors outside on a sunny day, and the USM focusing was wicked quick. Otherwise, I wasn't knocked over by it. I finally pulled the trigger on a 17-55 from another POTN member this week! I couldn't pass up a great price. -Rich

I didn't think anything of it til now and agree with my co-worker. >_> Glad I'm not the only one thinking the color temp was quite blue on that pic. I wasn't gonna say anything coz I'm a n00b though! -Rich

Vinz, I agree about the stroller; I found it distracting, too. But in the first version you posted, I was marveling over the richness of the hardwood floor in the foreground and the neat perspective of the shot. That seems to be missing in the cropped version. -Rich

Is there room to still crop out the stroller but keep more of the floor foreground? how about this? | SONY A7SIII(2) | A73 | A6000 | Sony A7IV | Sigma105 | FE1635F4 | Tamron 70-180mm F2.8 | Tamron 17-28 Tamron 28-75 | FE50F1.8 | Sony 16035F4PZ | SEL30mm F3.5 Macro | Canon 24mm TSE | Laowa 15mm Shift

I got my nex-7 today with the kit lens 18-55, sigma 30mm 2.8, and sony 55-210 and an adapter to put my canon lenses on to use manually. Haven't had time to do much with it yet, hopefully I can get out for some landscapes soon. What a coincidence - I got my OM-D EM-5 today as well. Although you got me beat on the lenses.
