Thanks man, she's my cougar ;) lol I think I took 600 pics on vacation, but that was the one I took and even on the little screen I knew everything came together (minus the slightly tilted horizon). This was at my buddy's wedding in Mexico. The wedding photographer was a total dick, and was totally ignorant to everyone the whole time. Someone you could tell didn't enjoy what he did as he went through the standard cheesy wedding shots. I only took a few shots for them but I liked the feeling I got from this one:

you scored nicely on that kitty cat there sir! and age isnt something that should play into the love game! plus seasoned ladies always can teach us youngins a few things plus it seems that older ladies happen to know what they want in life and also arent childish in the wrong ways.

i really enjoy this photo too and i really dig that lens flare it adds to the scene generally its not my thing but i like how it plays with the photo well.

it sucks that you had to deal with a crapp photog, i hope for your buddy's sake that didnt translate into bad photos for them or they might have to do it again going through the motions and having you shoot it for them so they have good photos!

Most were pretty decent, standard wedding photos from a resort photographer. This one, though, I can't believe when I look at it......ugh. For the love of God man, crop, rotate, and what's up with your one tiny flash stuffed in the sand that didn't even make it there????? I emailed the bride and told her she needs to send me the original ASAP lol

I would have loved the opportunity to be the photographer as I saw so many opportunities for great shots that just weren't captured. I was in the wedding, however, which obviously ruled out shooting. To me it's just a bummer when you see people paying for uninspired work when there are such creative people, as this thread illustrates, that really provide something special.

I see everyone upgrading to the 6D and I must say the 60D is an AMAZING camera! I'll upgrade to a full frame only in a couple of years, first I need to build my lens stock!

If you're planning to go full frame one day so i guess it's wise for you to invest on EF lenses.

We all know the 60D is awesome, that's why I still own mines! In fact, I'm taking it with me to San Antonio for some drifting and model action!
