You know, a good strap goes a long ways making a lens feel a lot lighter. I have a Black Rapid R Sport that works awesome, I've carrie my 70-200 around all day without it bothering me. I think BlackRapid also makes a strap with a curve in it to fit women more comfortably. Just a thought. A 70-200 at 2.8 with stabilization is a beautiful thing, Canon or Sigma. :)

true story plus the monopod idea is a must for the heavier lenses.

Ashley, I recommend the Barska monopod and barska ball head. The monopod is available at your favorite store Best Buy and B&H has the ballhead!
I have both and love them! I use the ball head on it so I can rotate
$100 total

The best part about I think is the ability for parents to choose a background that doesn't conflict with their kids clothes.

Yes some parents orders with a background color not in my options. They match with their kids clothes, you're right.

It's still wintery enough here at the moment.

I have great respect to Scott Kelby, I own all four volumes of his books. I also have great respect with the Nikons BUT I really think this is not a good place to test noise performance. It's as bright as daylight.

i dont agree i would say any indoor sport is considerably less in quality then the bright sun yeah they arent dark alley at sunset dark but they arent ideal for good lighting and not near as nice as outdoor lighting.

any indoor sport suck for lighting.
