Love the first one!

The second one is nice too but I think the forehead hotspots are a bit too much. I dont know a thing about beauty though (just look at my face!) so I could be way off.

#1 does it for me.
#2 the whole photo tilted, which bothers me a little.

Hi thanks for sharing! I have a few comments for you. They are just my opinion, but I feel like there is definitely potential here just lacks a few considerations. After all this was a beauty shot, and the whole point of it is to portray perfection and flawlessness. I posted some comments regarding the flaws in the image. Im not being a dick, its just beauty retouching is all about blemishes and in these images there are still many.

shot 1:
-waaay to much chromatic abrasion! The blue line around her face is distracting. You can remove this by filtering it out in camera raw or lightroom.
-Lightning is pretty good but its too hot on her forehead and around her eyes. it makes the skin tones uneven which is the opposite of 'beauty'. I see you used a beauty dish, so this probably means its too close to her face. Its a parabola so it has a defined focal point.
-the skin retouching is pretty good, but I think there needs to be more texture. There is no sense in hiding skin in a beauty shoot. If you look at all those womens magazines youll notice the makeup ads all have skin texture. Im assuming you used some sort of blur+mask for this, but that only works for wider angle shots where the face isnt the image. Use high pass filtering to maintain texture, while removing blemishes.
-her hair needs serious styling! Her skins is overly smooth and her hair is overly rough. I understand that hair is hair, but stylists exist for a reason. these factors should be looked at more carefully.

Shot 2:
-pretty much the same comments as 1, but this shot is based on symetry. The problem is the shot isn't symmetrical, its off axis. rotate the image so her head is straight up and down.
-discoloration (of which there is a lot) in her hair should be easily fixed in post.

I say all this but the shots are still pretty good, i just think you could easily take this to the next level.
