Issuing a license to kill would be declaring open season on elected officials. ![]() how about this...you buy a license - and it can be expensive - but it gives you permission to kill one person with your gun in your lifetime. in the open market system you can sell your one kill to someone, and you can go to this market and buy additional kills for your gun too, assuming you have the money.
