I got an old school break barrel 12 gauge shotgun. Love the simplicity of that thing

Politicians are stupid, but not that stupid.

Issuing a license to kill would be declaring open season on elected officials.

Smartest thing I've ever seen online!

I have a 1911, a .44 special, a Kel-tec .32, 2-.22 pistols, and 2 12 guage shotguns. I sold most of the good stuff to buy camera stuff. It is a much more socially acceptable hobby.

Does anyone not residing in Indiana know that the only requirement for obtaining a concealed carry permit in Indiana is the desire to have one? And a record clean of domestic violence and felony convictions. In my fair state you can get a license and LEGALLY carry a cocked-and-locked .45 auto with NO TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER! That just whacko.

Yup, but not as whacko as being completely denied the option like in the fine state of Illinois.

Somewhere in the middle is sensibility, but you can guarantee the politicians will never find it.

Lots of states are like that. The state of washington is the same.

Alaska, Vermont, and Arizona don't even require a permit at all (although there are restrictions on where you can go if you don't have an arizona permit).

I think Illinois is the only state that doesn't allow some kind of legal concealed carry, but don't quote me on that.

Another happy Firearm owner and CHL holder.
My state even has Constitutional carry, so I can open carry without a license.

Given your location, I assume you shoot at the Norco and/or Prado matches?

Indeed. I have been shooting Norco running gun since 1994 and go to Prado sometimes. Back in the day we used to shoot two or three matches every weekend. I also shoot in Havasu at the London Bridge club. We used to shoot matches at Catalina Island, But we lost our range.

Cheers, Steve

Concealed Carrying Gun guy here. The great state of New Mexico has awesome gun laws, so as long as I can obtain the right tax stamp, the skys the limit.

Dont really have any good photos of the long guns, but here is my modest pistol collection"

That makes two of us. I recently updated my insurance policy, and didn't realize the $$$ invested, and that wasn't counting ammo. My pride and joy is a early 29-2 6.5" 44 mag (dirty harry). I wanted one since I was a kid, and a guy offered to trade my 1911 for it. Wifie bought me an 8 shot 357 pro shop , can't remember the exact model, anyway that was my anniversary, Christmas, birthday, and Valentine's day gift. :)

Wife carries a 642 pro.
