Need arm and/or clamp for holding flags

Hey all,

Need some help figuring out what I need to buy to setup flags on stands.

The flag is made out of two 2x3' thick art paper taped together length-wise with gaffer tape. It's fairly light but it still needs a decent grip to hold it in place especially if holding closer to the top edge, it can tilt away.

I basically need the flag to be held straight (up and down) and held at an arm's length away from the actual stands.

So I need a clamp or clip or something that can be mounted on the edge of an arm/boom that can hold the flag vertically.
