Canon 1D MkIV C.Fn III question

I was tooling with the customer functions of my MKIV and had question on C.Fn III - 13 AF point display during focus.
Option 0 (on) and Option 2 (on when focus achieved) seem to be the same to me, in One Shot focus where I get the focus points in red when lock is achieved, and in AI Servo where there are no focus points displayed at any time. Should the camera be displaying different focus points during servo? If I remember correctly the 7D does this?
