31 Days of July

OK, so here's the idea...

July has 31 days, and I will list 31 different subjects below. You can take one pic per day and use one of the subjects from the list (in any order). What I think would be cool is, if you know you're going to participate, copy the list and make a post & paste the list in your post. Then, as you post a daily picture, remove that subject from your original list (so you can easily see what's still in your list).

A cool thing about this game is, people will be posting different things. Be smart, and pick and choose your daily subject so you don't paint yourself into a corner by leaving something you have no chance of shooting for last, and having July 31st trip you up because you aren't able to shoot your last needed subject.

Here are a couple rules:

Only one post/subject per day. If ya miss one, move along the next day.

Please describe the shot with a title from the list (cut/paste from your original list preferred).

No bashing anyone's pics or making rude comments...however, if someone posts something that you feel isn't as per subject, you can ask about it. Positive comments are welcome.

This starts tomorrow for anyone that's interested. Even if you miss a day or start late, try to keep up with the remaining days!!

I'm in this month. There were too many subjects for June, that i wouldn't have been able to get.

And don;t forget, this is a NEW photo each day, no reaching back into that reserve of oldies It makes us get out and take a photo a day.

Yep! This is like 365 blogs.a new photo a day.get up, look at the list, and shoot! You can also "think" outside the proverbial box as far as shooting goes..as long as it contains the concept.

I'm game for this month as well. I know I'll miss a few days because I will be out of town with no internet (camping). If I'm lucky there won't even be cell coverage!

The more I look at this list, the more I'm convinced I can do this.

Welcome new players! This is fun, and gets you learning more about your camera and gear. Its a great learning experience for those who are just starting out.Thing is, take your time, you have ALL day....take your camera with you to work if you are able..you may notice things around you that were "unseen" before

Cheers! I meant you have 24 hrs to get one photo, not all day to take one

Actually, I kind of like the idea of finding one per day, in order. A bit of pressure will make it more fun.

Work and other boring life things often get in the way of MY TIME, so im wondering, as long as the picture is "taken one a day" do they have ro be POSTED one a day?

I can shoot my first today but Mondays I work very early so im in bed by 700pmthe sometimes. That doesn leave me much time to take care of other business Sunday afternoons...

This is part of why I didn't get all if my shots done for June....
