Hi I am new here and I just bought the Canon Pro 1.
Yesterday I took it out for the first time to take some pics and I must say I was very impressed with it.
I have 2 Canon 35 MM cameras I have had them for years then I had 2 point and shoot digitals one HP one Kodak.
I love photography and I researched quite a bit before buying the pro 1.
It was between it and the Canon Rebel XT.
I finally decided on the Pro 1. I am still trying to read the manual to learn more about the camera LOL.

Does anyone know where to purchase the accesories for this camera at?

Thanks,

Sonya

welcome Sonya....
I had a G6 before I moved up to a XT.... and when I was lookin for accesories, everyone pointed me to.... www.lensmateonline.com (external link)... they have all the lenses and adoptors you need for the Pro 1, good price, very fast shipping.... good luck.

Ben.

You can also check out Canon's Accessory Annex: http://www.canoncompanystore.com/epages/annex.storefront (external link).

Click on "PowerShot Cameras" on the left side, then on the next page, click on what kind of accessories you are looking for in the gray area about 1/4 of the way down the page. Make sure you read the specifics on the products to make sure they apply to the Pro 1.

...and don't forget to check out a site devoted specifically to the Pro 1: http://www.powershotpro1.com (external link)

For those of us who prefer a smaller and lighter camera (like the Pro1) check out this comparison between the Pro1 and the MKII. I was certainly suprised!
