I quite like these images from a graphical point of view. But because they are a bit of a deviation for me im unsure if they are actually good or not. And if you do like them - which would you say is better, the colour one or the B&W one?

Id like to hear any-thoughts you might have on them.

The color one is very nice, but there is a bit too much head space in the sky. I would crop down to keep the focus on your subject.

I totally love it! I'm a huge sucker for colour though, so I'd go with that one. Beautiful!

I like it (color). I dont mind the headspace as it gives you a sense of scope. But as it displays on my laptop I have to scroll to see the entire image which takes away from the viewing experience.

The crop looks better on the black and white. I like both but I am a B&W fan :)

I prefer the color version, but would also like it better if there was less sky... maybe different if the sky had an interesting color (sunset) or had some clouds

Still think the head space is too much, but the color is lovely.

i like the colour and also like the headroom and the horizon on the bottom third - I think the cloud in the colour helps as your eye is moved by the post towards the horizon then the interest in the clouds helps - if you could pull that out of the B&W might make a better image

I like #1 too and think there's too much sky; but What are those things?
