Hi, What do you use to create your DVD slide shows with wedding pictures ? Of course I need something what can keep the good quality of pictures and process of creation of the DVD is not time consuming - sving can take a time thats fine but puting everything together shouldn't be complicated

Where you getting your music from ? Where can I buy music ? Where can I get free music ? I'm looking for all kind of music. I don;t need songs from the top playlists I'm looking for music, instrumentals you know music backgrounds

Thx for help and advice....

Proshow Gold, and a stock music library. Proshow DVD quality's ok, but their digital file and blu ray quality's great. Triple scoop music, or any one of the music libraries. I also use music by an artist called Greg Maroney (external link).

i have been using windows 7
and
windows live movie maker
you can set for HD quality and also pop onto a bluray if you a writer
I set all the images to height of 1080 - so full HD BUT remember a lot of HD TVs are only 720 and still called HD

i have found the functions really good on windows live movie maker

the default publish to DVD is 720, so you need to save as wmv format and burn from there

There was a company who's name I have completely forgotten now who was giving away free royalty-free music a while back for 7 days and I stocked up during that time. All instrumental and some of it a little hokey but, hey, it was free! I also used Triple Scoop for a while but now that I no longer put my slideshows to music I no longer use them.

I do on-line slideshows via Zenfolio and they make some royalty-free music availalbe through Triple Scoop. Other music is available through this service at a modest additional cost.
