Not very good photos, but this was my first time observing "caring behaviour" amongst insects.

nice captures; doubt there is any parental interest here, just grazing on the same patch. Only insect that comes to mind for parental care is the Parent bug, a Shieldbug that guards its offspring for a few weeks.

Lovely captures. I don't think I have a decent shot of a springer, so I appreciate the skill to get two in the same frame.
