Hi Guys.

I've noticed that every time after resizing pictures from my Canon 5D mkII and uploading them on Facebook I'm geting some artifacts like pixelation, bad colors and just the downsized copies looks bad, like this ones the two same shots on top of my page

I also noticed that the downsized copies saved on my hard drive don't have this issue, it looks like only when upload them to the Facebook this issue appears.
Any one of you guys having the same problem or knowing how to sort it out please can you share some info. I never had the same problem with files from my 5d, even that I do follow the same resizing steps.

Thanks.

Facebook is further compressing the file creating that look.

Try uploading a full resolution .jpg to fb and letting it do the resizing from there; I'll bet you get much better results.

Facebook kills picture quality - Best to resize yourself and upload at high quality, then just hope FB doesn't compress it too much!
