I'm sorry but all I can do is.... LOL. The edit is just plain awful :P The first one has some potential though. A levels adjustment would probably help it pop.

The image used in the "poster" is way out of focus, along with it being a very bad cut and paste job. Not sure why you would be shooting at such a low shutter speed to not freeze someone jogging. Make sure you have at least 1/400 on the shutter to freeze motion like this. Boost ISO if needed as it appears you had cloudy overcast light. also in fisrst shot it looks like the focus grabbed the car behind the runner nicely but the runner is a bit OOF.

thankyou for your input ...unfornately i chose the wrong position ..i shooting into the sun..and getting knocked about by other bustling photographers..lol..i'​m no expert i photo for fun...still learning:(
