I was driving this past Saturday and saw dark clouds + very windy, so I figured it's a great time for some cool shots.

Comments & Criticism are highly appreciated as I'm still learning photography and post processing. :)

These were shot with the 70-200 lens and post processing done using Lightroom 4.

From a focus/exposure point of view they look very good, even in an overcast day like that. I would say that you need to work more in getting interesting angles and perhaps a better/attractive location. The best from the series are #3 and #4, IMO. Also remember your rule of the thirds! Welcome!

your Z is so much sicker than mine.

any mods under the hood?

oh and as for C&C. They all look good. Do you have any wide angle lenses? I think you could have def got some interesting wide shots esp with that cloud cover!

Thanks. I have all the bolt-ons for HR, and that's about it. Going to have it dyno tune next Thursday. Hoping to make roughly ~290 whp. :)

I do have the uwa 17-40, but it was a quick stop and shoot with no preparations since it was about to rain hard.

Nice pictures. I need to practice on my Focus, then maybe my friend can let me use his EVO for a better subject shoot.

Background not lush enough
OR
Not scrubby enough

Clouds not interesting at all.
BUT
Car's colour is brilliant.

Great shots. I think you did well on all of the shots you've shared. The Z jumps off the background in all of them.

Thanks for the feedback. Would the B+W Kasem circ. polarizer help with defining the clouds more?

I find with a cpl the photos really helps. I started using one and I feel that it helped my pictures look more interesting. I like the colour of your car, and as mentioned before, it really stands out from the background
