You guys are funny! I put the 40mm Pankcake on my Rebel XTi (400D) and that is a tiny combo - the 6D by comparison is like Big Brother.
That being said, of course it is still the smallest "big" DSLR out there. When I was in Chicago a couple of weeks ago, the 6D with 40mm Pancake fit in one of my coat pockets while I went out to dinner and walking about the town.
Overall the size of this lens coupled with 6D makes it easier to "take it with you" on more occasions.
I just thought it was funny and one of these days I'll have to post some side by side photos of just how much smaller my 400D is sitting next to the 6D - both will of course have the 40mm mounted so it'll be on topic for this thread.
