Amazing shot BE- lovely detail and composition. I know what little bug**** these can be to be photograph- they very rarely stay still. Congrats.
Is this a giant USA version or was it about 10mm long?

Beautiful shot Rick, so you are now using a 10D? Does that have an accessory connection for your flash? My 20D does not. Curious if you had to change your way of handling the flash.

Thanks Dennis, I always very much appreciate your kind words. Yup, I'm loving my 10D. It does have an accessory connection, but its not reliable. too much play in the socket, I have found it is easier to use a connection that goes from the Hot-Shoe via cable to the flash, it is 100% reliable and still gives me the flexibility I need. Thanks Very much for the interest, I will be posting pics in the advice thread of my set-up and technique in a couple of days.:D :D :D
