The perspective works great because we are lead to the clouds and then forced back into the frame with the heavy vignetting at the top. The horizontal panoramic format works great for this image. Repeated fence sticks which force our eye to the wisps of cloud. I would take the not sharp fence stakes and mask them off and sharpen them up a bit. Looking to improve edges but not surrender color mass. High pass or unsharp masking will work.

I see how the horizontal wire sits at the bottom third, but I'm finding the tips of the sticks all ending up around 1/2 way up to bother me like putting the horizon there often does.
