Most of the current 'knock offs' grips for the T4i also include T2i, T3i - and they all use the same batteries, so you should be good to go. and if i want more light i use the small flash >> Speedlite 270EX II with the same Diffuser and i dont shoot Insects because i dont like them | Canon EOS | and some canon lenses
