So, second wedding booked and am trying to decide what to get. I'm thinking about the following:
2 Yongnuo 560 (external link) on light stands to bounce with the following cowboy studio radios (external link)
or should i just drop the money on another 580exII....or go all out and get some alienbees. Plan is to just set them up and bounce them off the ceiling, hope that works at least.
Any insight is greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

It all depends on your budget.
You can certainly shoot with the pair of YN-560s. I don't think power would be that much of a problem indoors. Of course recycle time might be and you are on battery power. But they are portable and convenient. Alien Bees are considerably more than a pair of YN-560s. But they have much more power, faster recycle times, and you don't have to rely on batteries, although you are tied to a location where there's a power outlet, unless you buy a pack like the Vagabond Mini Lithium.

How big are your venues? For large venues you want strobes, for smaller venues I like to be more discrete. For speedlites make sure you have battery packs for your flashes, the 8AA ones work well for me, I find them essential and even then they can't always keep up. I never shoot them over 1/2 power, but I have two photographers using them, usually I aim for 1/4 or 1/8 power. Strobes keep up much better, but they're just so large and intrusive for smaller venues.

Lots of info in this thread.

Tim, I used some of the ideas from your other thread when photographing a corporate event a few weeks ago. Two YN-560s on tall stands with Cactus V5 triggers. Not every shot was perfect, but I got dozens of keepers and a handful of really great ones - and learned a lot so I'll be even better next time.

I don't have external battery packs, but I DO have a big fat bag of Eneloops. So I just kept an eye on the recycle times, and when they started to slow down, I swapped batteries. It worked well enough and I didn't miss anything important.
