You have some good things going on here, but like others have said, try positioning your model differently.
The first shot shows a nice pose and good lighting (and very pretty face), but all that has to compete with the neighbors roof that draws too much attention. A little reposition and you have a really nice shot there.
As others have mentined, the position with the sun just works against the shot there.
The third shot has potential. It looks clean enough that I wonder if you can crop in to a very tight head shot? Here hand is positioned nicely and her eyes really pop (but again, compete with the background). Crop to show just a bit of the top of her head on top, and just a part of her hand on the bottom and position those eyes so they're the focal point of the frame and see what happens.
