nice, does it taste like the ginger i get at safeway? i've never seen it, sure doesn't grow here.

Not sure if it's the same plant but there is a common plant here in the PNW that's called Wild Ginger, the leaves look similar but the flower seems different. I don't think it tastes like ginger but there is a ginger smell to the leaves. It only naturally grows as far east as Montana
