It was my first prime, the 100L, and it is probably my least used aswell, but when i use it, i know why i keep it around, its so,so,so sharp.

Stavanger! I lived in Forus from early 96 to late 99. I don't remember seeing butterflies... Only giant horseflies when they fertilized the fields...:lol:

Lol, cool, worked in the oil industry, right, 96-99, Thats some years ago, you wouldnt recognize the place, i believe. Give me a shout if you come back.. I live on an island just outside Stavanger, there are horseflies here,aswell as butterflies.:D;)

Have any of you had to clean your sensor yet? I had a problem with specks in the viewfinder yesterday and couldn't get them off with a rocket blower so I took out the focusing screen and cleaned it outside the camera... problem solved.

I suspect, over time, I will need to clean the sensor and I think I'm capable of cleaning it myself with the proper cleaning kit. I have several bookmarked after research but wonder if any of you have any experience/preference with sensor cleaning kits.

I just made a few comments in the Lounge but thanks for the VF reminder ;)

went to the Shakespearean Gardens in town today, thought I'd kick the tires of my 40mm Hotcake. Man it was muggy and just gross out... but gave the Hotcake a real testing anyways. I'm keeping her...
