I'm not sure, but I've had my 60D for about a year and a half now, and have checked in here from time to time admiring all the great work. It's good for me to see the fact that this body "can" produce great shots, but I'm still having to shoot with the 18-135 kit lens, and have just never gotten real excited with it. If things turn around for me, hopefully I can invest in some sharper glass. Until then I'll continue to work on learning the camera's system, and overcoming my own short-comings.

Want proof? https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=188563 Your "proof" looks like it is from a 28-135. My 18-135 kit lens just isn't all that great, IMO. Or, maybe I just got a bad copy. I really don't know. I didn't come here to bad mouth my lens, but I'm just saying I think I might be happier with the results from something else. Not necessarily more expensive, but like maybe a faster prime lens with greater clarity.

The 18-135 thread has some great images.
