I started writing something on the 60D friends thread when you posted, but then my wife dragged me away for an engagement and I never came back.
a) Try to set a custom white balance. The lights appear yellowish, so you get a yellow tint. Contrary to popular belief, you can't remove it easily in post.
b) For low noise, low light photos, you are doing it all wrong. You are better off shooting ISO 5000 and ETTR rather than underexposing to keep the ISO low and therefore the noise.
Are you aware of Teamspeed's mini-review on reducing the noise for the 7D? This applies to all digital sensors.
Next time, try to set a Custom White Balance and then shoot JPEGs with Exposure compensation of +1. Take the ISO as high as needed. Tell us what happened!
