Shooting in AV with auto ISO tells the camera to find the balance between ISO and shutter speed. I don't think there's a way to have it lean to a faster speed.
I would just shoot in Manual, choosing the speed I want, with auto ISO.

I know it's possible with the 7D Mark II. If I'm shooting a moving child, I would prefer to have the higher noise, even up to 2,ooo ISO which can still be usable versus what the camera tends to do sometimes is pick a slow shutter and keep the ISO lower. It would be great to have that option. wishful thinking I know...lol

I don't like auto ISO but I use AV almost all the time. I set the F stop first, according to how I want the photo to come out, then I play around with the ISO manually until I get the shutter speed I need. After that, unless the light changes dramatically from photo to photo, I'm pretty much set.

I think there are several ways to get your photographs looking the way you desire. There is no one right way.... but there very well may be incorrect ways that will get the photographer off the path. That being said... sometimes going off the path is the easiest way to learn, especially when we are shooting digital, as long as we don't make the mistake (s) during one of those "once in a lifetime" events.

Photograph taken on the Argentinian side of the border with Chile. The light comes from a car/machine (I don't know the name in english, not my native language) that makes the ground where the ice is, flat (it's not a plow truck)

I was thinking more along the lines of a zamboni?

On the ridgeline you can see pylons indicating ski lifts. Snowcats are used to groom the snow in ski resorts.
