Can I ask why you chose a shutter speed of 1/800 and iso 1000? I'm just curious. At 8mm you could have lowered the shutter and I so quite a bit, or I would have. Nice shot by the way. Just wondering why you chose those settings.

To be honest, I had set the ISO higher before for some darker shots with the 'normal zoom'. Frankly, I don't pay attention to the ISO unless I have to go over 1600. I get stingy after 1600, or if it is so bright that I have to get down to ISO 100.

I LOVE the flip screen on my 60D! Anymore, if and when I change bodies I would do my best to NOT buy a body without the flip screen! :-)
