Ouch. 40mm seems a bit close for "inconspicuous" street photography. I probably wouldn't want someone up in my face like that either.

I should have been wearing my 15-85 IS for this candid shoot so I could get the whole band playing (my Youtube Video 'Here') but nevertheless the 70-300L still had fun.

pretty upset with these pictures though. I put a uv filter on my 24-70 and it made my pics super blurry for some reason, I am just going to shoot with it off from now on.

Both of these just beg to be blown up. I'm thinking about 40"x40." They are striking images and would look terrific hanging on a wall.
