Made it to Bristol, TN again this year for the Thunder Valley Nationals. Here are a few pics I decided to share. I have more, maybe I'll add some later.

Love the heat haze in 3 and the tyre deformation as the power is applied.
Someone in a hurry in 4.


AWOL for a few years but back now.
1DX plus too many lenses
Now using a Sony RX10M4 and loving it.

Excellent shooting angles. Nothing like I've seen before. Great color, exposure and sharpness.

Great set love the close up in 1 and POV + heat haze in 3 nice work what sort of shutter speed do you folks use for the Burn outs as may do a Drag race event this year

I vary my shutter in all different aspects/positions, but generally don't exceed 1/320 from any angle. I still like to get a little blur in there at least, to show motion. For shots like the heat vapor pic......I did speed the shutter up a bit more than normal.
