so, i read through the FAQ on the Canon Loyalty Program and since i had a busted EOS 650 film camera and i guess maybe im going through a mid-life crisis right now, trying to relive my youth, ive been buying photo gear like my life depended on it...

my wife and my daughter have both been instrumental in me moving back to the SLR game from the previous 12 years of point and shoot monotony...

i got my wife a T1i about 18 months ago. then i added her 55-250. then i got myself a T2i with the 18-135. i got a 50 f1.8, then i got her (us?) the 10-22. then i picked up the holy grail 70-200 f2.8L. then a set of 580 ex II strobes. and grip for my T2i...

well the 7D was calling my name so i called Canon. TUESDAY. today in FedEx came this:

there isnt a mark on the camera, at all. the smudges on the back screen looks like oil on the screen protector. see my OTHER post about my experience with eoscount.com https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1199018

i guess the only thing wrong right now is i didnt get a chance to tell my wife i bought ANOTHER camera! well, shell find out tonight when she gets home i guess...

-im just trying. sometimes i succeed

Ltdave, I think you are done. A tech once told me (last summer) you are limited to three camera bodies under the program. So your wife will have to start now with replacing that T1i.

it was my first ever CLP purchase. if im limited to 3 bodies under the program and im on number one, how can i be done? my wife is giving the T1i to our daughter for CHRISTmas. my wife is going to take my T2i. she likes the smaller rebel body...

Congrats! It takes some getting used to, after the T2i, but you'll love it.
