FYI: I noticed that Amazon has the Pixel BG-E11 Canon 5D Mark III battery grip in-stock, and is fulfilling the orders themselves for another vendor.

Translation: No wait for shipment from China or other Asian distributor. You can actually order it right now and get Saturday delivery (granted that's over $25).
