Shooting portraits, having so many working AF points is a huge benefit.

IQ is very similar. The 5D3 sensor is slightly greener than the 5D2 sensor. I tend to correct with about +8 magenta.

Lots of other improvements, like the grip, the rate button, the screen, etc.
