Looks like we were at the same event five gallon.....I was in the Gold area a couple of blocks from the staging line. It looks like you were a few blocks further South from us down the quarter mile.

Yeah i noticed from tattoo man you were in the Gold seats.
Friday night i was down the far south corner on the west side, saturday night i was near the snake pit.
Top Fuel is always a must, just a shame its such small fields

Yeah, all in all it was a pretty good night. I will be definitely be heading down for the Nitro funny Cars in March as well.

Just a shame the venue does not allow tripods or monopods.

yet friday night there were heaps in there.... and saturday i had some security freak come checking on me making sure i didnt have one despite the gate search

anyway it made a good change from crewing for my cousin and getting the chance to take some un-rushed pics. trying to get shots away on the start line after taking the car out only buys you a few seconds

First week away working this year so decided to go easy on myself and work in Byron Bay.
