The monotony of it all has turned this thread into a crap hole.

Yea, this thread says "Discuss", but that means "Discuss" the 1DX! .... Not why somebody bought a different body because of whatever reason. We dont give a crap if you think the 1DX costs too much!

If not much can be said because of the 1DX's delay, then this topic should only be a couple of pages long.

How would the moderators react to somebody posting tons of comments & pictures as to why they bought a 1DX, on the 5DMK3 or 1Dmk4 threads, claiming the 1DX is a better decision financially?

Lets just have a free for all based on everyones insecurity about their pocket books.

You know there's a great feature in the control panel here at POTN that allows you to put members on an ignore list, right? This would pretty much solve your problem and might help to lower your blood pressure.

what does that do, just ignore pm's or does it take that person's post out of the thread?

^^^Superb! That 600mm is a big lens to hand hold...even though I believe its a pound or two lighter than the Mk1...but you obviously have no difficulty with it. These are terrific.

Great to see some pro stuff from the 1DX...I look forward to more.

My Lens microadjustment numbers are not showing up
In my exif info from my 1DX. It's a strange phenomenon,
Some shots with my 70-200 F/2.8 is ii show a MA of 0,
Which is correct, but some pics don't show MA at all. My 500 f/4 is ii pics show
No MA data at all, which makes it tough to micro adjust.

I know there aren't alot of 1DX's out there, but does anyone have
Any ideas? Could be the update of DPP software. I'll have to check other cameras to

Here is a shot from last night's Georgia Force Arena Football game. This is shot at ISO 8000. The original full sized picture is here. Lens was 135F2, lighting was only spotlights, no flash. I was really happy with the focus tracking.

I have no MFA enabled for any of my lenses. I will get back to you once I find a lens that needs it. Not much help for now, I know but, I will get back to you if I find the same bug with my camera.
