The red box is a humorous part in the show. It is said that a pilot had too much Mexican food and now in the outhouse, he could release enough methane to start a jet engine!

It depends on the show & what you want to shoot, & sometimes it's too long & at others not long enough. My solution was: 70-200 f/2.8 & 2X TC combination "Test"
There's a link to other tests in there & Post #8 shows f/8 effective. I suggest that you go up to effective f/11 if you can.
