I paid for Photocrati and when it sent me back to their site. When I tried to download it's asked for my e-mail (which I gave them) for verification on a pop up. I enter the e-mail and hit submit and nothing happens.

When I click on contact us, it pop up asking for my e-mail for verification again. Guess what happens when I enter it and hit submit? Nothing.

I tried this on the most recent Safari, Chrome, and IE browsers in OS X and Win7 and it's doing the exact same thing. The money has been deducted from my paypal account but I've received nothing from Photocrati.

WTF? They take my money but give me no way to contact them and their site isn't working for me.

My village called. I was told that they missed me.

When I click on the contact page link, the e-mail thing pops up. The direct link seems to work.

I'm pretty sure they didn't steal your money, dude. Just contact them and explain the situation and they will sort it out.

No ****, but it's frustrating when they don't have a way to contact them. When I purchase a product, I don't expect to get ran around because their site doesn't work and they're not even e-mailing that they got my payment. I can understand not having access to it right away if I'm ordering software that I have to have shipped to me, but it's a template download.

I know and understand your frustration. However, these things happen and to get so wound up about it isn't healthy. You'll get the template soon enough, meanwhile contact them and explain what went wrong. No need to get so pent up over something so small. Frustrating, but small.

Did you email or call the guy who owns the website? I listed his contact info.

Their site is screwy. I got an e-mail from someone in their support with a link asking me to enter my information and verify everything. It just downloads the theme. OK, cool. I have the theme, but what happens if I need anything else in the future?

Yes, I agree that their site is a bit user-unfriendly at the moment. I know that they're going through some big changes after acquiring a NextGEN gallery plug-in.

Did you try contacting them via facebook, twitter, and so on?

I have always been impressed by their responsiveness and support. And am confident that you're jumping to a negative conclusion about them "[Stealing] your money". I'd recommend actually contacting the company before venting on an internet forum.

Cheers,

Gary

And their site is still broke. I managed to download the template but it's from a temp link they sent me that's no good after 3 days. Trying to register or do anything else results in the same pop up asking for my e-mail. So cool, I have the template, but if I need to download it in the future I'm going to have to contact them again. I'm hoping their site isn't made with their template; it doesn't inspire very much confidence in their work.

And I would have waited to post anything, but it's obviously something wrong on their end and it's rediculous to not even send a confirmation e-mail with a purchase like that. I have so far tried 3 different OSes on 4 different computers and 3 different browsers with two different versions of IE and this is at at least 2 different locations with different IPs and service providers.
