Got this last week... The larger duck eye markings are throwing me off... The little ones look like Mallards! Any ideas what we have here?

Oh "poop"... I'm in trouble... I should be there right now trying to get the pics of the male too... We've had Bufflehead's, Mergansers, and Ringnecks at this location, but not ever a recent sighting of a Woody...
