I was back looking for my mate, the egret, but no luck. Did get the willy having a bath, unfortunately a bit far away, so still quite a crop, same with the dotterel. I went back hoping to get closer, but no luck.

DuaneN Cream of the Crop More info | Not every bird photograph has to be up close and personal. I find both images very appealing because of the interesting environment yet my eyes are drawn to both birds. The first one is my favorite because of the action (water spray).
