Keep an eye out on slickdeals.net they often have monitors for a very good price!

Chris...first page of the Catleap FAQ. Short answer is yes. There are profiles posted that can be used if you do not have access to a calibrator. Good luck, Paul

Pretty cheap price wise, but is it any good? I've been looking at getting an IPS to edit on since all I have now is my 13" laptop.

I have an HP 24" IPS Monitor and I luv it. Accurate color rendition, great picture, nice anti-glare coating and no dead pixels. One of my reasons for choosig HP over Dell was, in my setup, having the controls on the bottom rather than on the side works better for me.

If you can deal with a slightly smaller screen, I got the 21.5" Asus VS229H-P (external link) recently and it's a brilliant IPS monitor. Great color, incredibly legible. It was awarded PC Mag's editors choice (external link) recently and at $155 with free shipping it's well worth a look.
