Alright I really don't know anything about taking videos but I did take some not to long ago. The quality is fantastic but they seem to be playing a hair to fast. I was shooting in manual with whatever settings for photos then just switched it over to video and shot. Is there something I need to keep in mind as far as settings go or should this be fool proof?

What software you using for video editing?? it may have something to do with settings in your PC, not the camera..just an idea..
I shoot videos at nearly every event/gig, and switch between video and photo regularly...I dont change any settings..I almost always leave mode set to Av or Tv, but typically always Av..

Check your frame rate in the video mode menu(you can only access this when in video mode!!!)..my guess is maybe you were capturing at 60fps and the video software is not supporting it or there is some setting in the software that needs changing..
???

Good luck!

These are unedited just playing them straight from the computer after copying them from the camera. Just checked my setting and it is at 1920x1080 30. thanks for the reply!
