Hey guys, this evening I decided to do a little walk around the neighborhood to get some practice in on seeing opportunities. Had a good time despite getting yelled at for taking a picture of somebodies flowers (I was on the sidewalk, not in their yard). Just wanted you guys to take a look at some of my pics and tell me what you think.

I wish I could straighten out the trunk on this, but just off frame to the left was an ADT security sign. I was tempted to move it but decided not to after seeing the home owners truck proudly declaring himself to be a gun-owner. I tried to straighten it in lightroom, but I cant find a way without cropping the 2nd wheel.

This is the plant I was trying to get a good pic of (from the sidewalk) when a guy came out of his house yelling at me before I could get a shot I really liked. I told him that I thought his plants were nice looking and was just trying to take a picture...he didnt give a crap. My wife laughed at me.

I like the first 3 pictures. The B&W seems to be missing sharpness

Also, heres an image of me trying to straighten the tree in the 1st pic. Is this better or should I stick w/ the original?

I believe the tree is actually crooked and prefer the first image. If that white object in the left part of the background is the corner of a building, it looks straight in the first image.

Terrific colors in the flower shots.
