So, decided I would give this a whirl for the first time. Well serious first time. My wife even decided to get a photo of me in action to post to her friends to make fun of me...laying on the ground with a wet mat attempting to get this shot.

I want to thank all the members here who have contributed to tutorials, examples, and photos to pave the way for others to follow.

I also want to thank a long time contributor - Brian V. for posting his tutorials and tips for the public to learn from.

This is not perfect by any means but I will get there. I will burn my sensor out getting there :D

When asked if there were too many people taking pictures today, Elliot Erwitt replied, "All you need is a pencil and a piece of paper to write a novel, don't you?"

lol - that's what the wife said. When next there is water in the yard you can bet I will attempt again. Thanks for the constructive feedback!

Lovely work.

I am to unstable to get a stack, which seems top be the only way I would get a decent dew drop image.

You don't have to stack to get these shots if you use more depth of field, but that way the flower behind is more in focus.
