Tractor pulls are pure country, but this slow motorsport is not easy or pressure-free. Ask the driver of the tractor that literally blew the bottom out of the engine at the 200-foot mark, leaving a connecting rod and pieces of crankshaft in a puddle of oil in the dirt.

I miss watching the tractor pulls since moving to Tx. I had two families on the TP circuit up in Tenn on the road I lived on.Watch them long enough and you Will shoot a disaster engine wise.

Thanks for the kind words. Much of the trick in getting effective images of this slow sport was to find the most useful shutter speed. Remembering previous pulls, 1/50 was used as a starting point, and a couple of images used 1/30.
