Yongnuo 603c and flash power

Quick question regarding the Yongnuo.

I havent found anything to really confirm this among the different threads or on you tube, but can you set the flash power on speedlights manually thru the camera? Hope someone can help answer this.

You have to set power on the flash itself. AFAIK you can't even set flash power through the camera when the flash is mounted on the hotshoe (unless you mean FEC).
