Although I must admit I too wanted to post about this incident. Rebel T2i, XS, Rebel T3; EF-S 70 - 300mm non L; EF-S 55 - 250mm; 50mm 1.8; 18 - 55 kit; YN-560; YN-468 - Pure Fun and Raw excitement.

It has photographs of the camera AFTER it was cleaned and shows it STILL functioning! That is what lead me to wanting to post about the incident to begin with as I was pretty impressed with the entire episode. Although I must admit I too wanted to post about this incident. http://www.rcgroups.com …/showthread.php?t=1376596 The story behind this is pretty interesting. The camera is/was a Canon 550D. It was mounted on a Helicopter (RC) and crashed into the field. The thread is pretty self explanatory. Hillbille The image as posted includes attribution from whence it was obtained (ApertureBay), including "Photo Credit: Unknown". We appreciate your adding to the backstory. Jon
