Well so far I haven't caught any of the fallout from yesterday's drama. The boss has mentioned it a bit and I know that upper management has been talking to him, but I've gotten nothing directly yet. Which is good.

I did get a good report back from our GM (#2 head honcho). He and the service manager were in the office while I was cashing out a customer and he was "very happy" with the way I dealt with the lady. Score one for me! :D
