Just watched the movie Real Steel. The only thing missing was the robot crying "Adrien" at the end. :) Entertaining though.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

What a mess Mel. Sounds like it's new manager time.

Yeah, new manager would solve some issues. Probably bring in a whole new set of issues though.

Complication: Manager is the owner's son. As long as Harold owns the business, Jim will have a job.

Jim's bad choices in his past have eliminated him from being a potential owner of the dealership, but he has management position.

Oh, one of those places. Good luck with that.

Yeah.

I get along with Jim quite well, but some of his methods - or lack thereof - drive me nuts.

I would like to have something change in the way we do stuff. A simple way to keep track of stuff is to have a notebook that lives on the desk in front of the computer. Use the book to keep constant notes about everything. Leave it so that anyone can go through it and see what has/has not been done.

And have better notes kept on the work orders that are being held. Like when a tire has been ordered, make a note that it has been ordered and what the expected arrival date is. That way, when a customer calls to check up on it, anyone answering the phone can grab the work order and see the note.

I saw that.. the US Anti-Doping Agency needs to back off... They've been pursuing him since like 99... they've had 13 years to prove he was doping... they haven't been able to yet.

ICU will step in to appeal because it looks like they concealed it.
