What did he say to get fired on the spot?

Well it's been building up for quite awhile.

I was sitting in the office doing some computer work, service manager (Dave B.) walks in and asks where Jory is. I tell him that he's supposed to be working on that Chrysler in the corner. Dave says he's not there. I say I don't know where he is then. Dave pages Jory to get back to the shop, then stands there waiting for him. And waiting. Mentions how much he hates babysitting people. I say "Me and you both". Starting to get uncomfortable in the office so I bail and question the guys in the shop about Jory's whereabouts, they don't know. I go out front to where Jim is just finishing up talking with a customer and ask him if he knows where he is. He says no and asks why. I say because Dave is looking for him and is steaming mad. Dave leaves the office and heads back up front. Jory walks into the shop. I ask him if Dave found him, he says no. I tell him he had better go find Dave and make it fast. Jory asks why, I say just go find him, now! Jory grumbles a bit, grabs his bottle of pop, takes a swig, saunters off. Walks through the door and comes face to face with Dave. They go off outside with much hand waving conversation. I go into the office to discuss a matter with Jim. Through the window I see them both back in the shop going back and forth rather animatedly. Dave walks into the office and says "That's it, he's done. He's packing his box and leaving now." Jory comes over and rips the parking map down off the door, words are exchanged, everyone heads up front to the GM's office. Then they all come back and have more animated conversations in the office. Jory comes out into the shop, packs up his stuff, guys help him load his box into his truck and off he goes.

All of this nonsense started from Dave asking Jory to move his truck to the proper parking space. A space that was empty and is designated for us.

But the kid could not keep his mouth shut and he was fired for his attitude problem.

The big line was something like "Whoever drew this map had better ***** learn how to count."

Well it was the General Manager (future owner) that drew the map. And was the one to take issue with where Jory had parked his truck.

Hope the kid learns a thing or two from it all. Primarily - bite your tongue!

Oh, and the guy that threatened me with the MTO and his lawyer was back today. Whining and crying that there were puddles of differential fluid on his driveway. I replaced the left side rear axle seal not that long ago. He was determined that it was the same seal and should be fixed under warranty. Turns out it was the right side seal this time. We fixed it up for him. He complained up and down again that he's only owned this thing for two months so there should be no way anything should go wrong with it. I told him flat out, "You bought a 9 year old vehicle, it's going to have problems." He didn't like that too much but had no reply to offer up. :)

I get all the nuts!

Hope things imporve Melody.

We're having a bad one also. Tracey ran to say she was picking Aaron up from school because he had a migraine. I get a message a hour or so later they are at the hospital as he progressed to having his speech slur, numbness in legs and then his mouth dropped...... stoke like symptoms. Still waiting for a bed in the ward, he has to stay overnight for observation. Apart from the remains of the headache he "seems" to be back to normal. He's bored! Very worrying though, got to wait to see what more the doctors say. He seems to be ok now, I was talking to him a couple of hours ago.

He's never had a migraine like this before.

yeah, we bought a tahoe in April. Is 12 yrs old and we expected probs. Sure enough.... just had to have the wiring redone. But, like I said we expected something....not blaming dealership or anyone else. **** happens in something that old.

Good wishes! Hope a migraine is all it is, but some of those symptoms sound like something worse.
